On this day, the pilgrim performs Fajr (dawn) prayer in Mina and waits until after Thuhr (noon), then he should head for the three Jamaraat. On the way there, he may collect enough pebbles with which to stone the Jamaraat (seven each). He should start with the first, middle and then the third Jamarah (Jamarat Al-‘Aqabah). He should complete the stoning before sunset, otherwise he must stay for day five.
